自分の心と向き合う瞑想の時間。
筆を通してあなたのパッションを
表現する芸術でもあります。
私はオンラインという形で、書道の魅力を多くの方に届けたいと願っています。
画面越しでも、墨の香りや筆の運びから伝わる
精神性は失われません。
むしろ、世界中のどこにいても同じ瞬間に心を
一つにできるオンラインには大きな可能性があります。
字が上手くなることだけが目的ではなく、
一文字一文字に自分を込めることで心が整い、
自分らしさが輝き出す。その喜びを生徒さんと
分かち合えることが、私にとって最高の幸せです。
書くことの楽しさを、オンラインという場から
熱く、誠実に伝えていきたいです。
Shodo is like having a conversation with yourself.
To me it is like a form of meditation.
I love spending my time doing Shodo.
Shodo allows me to express my passion, soul, and heart, on my canvas with a brush and ink.
Even though it’s just simple art of black and white,
I am able to see my real self in my art. I often find my self lost in my own thoughts and create new and different art works than was previously thinking about.
Every time I draw on my canvas I encounter new things about my self. Shodo allows me to find things about my self that I had not known before, it truly is remarkable. Even though Shodo is a simple of art of black and white, it always allows me to experience a new paths in life.

アメリカにて書道家として起業。
書道教室を開講。書くことは、自分と向き合う時間。本来の穏やかなを心を取り戻す時間を提供。

3人の母としてアメリカで夫と暮らしています。
Emiko Kuisel was born in Kyoto, Japan. She began her Japanese calligraphy (Shodo) training when she was 10 years old.
She has the highest rank master degree of the largest Japanese Calligraphy Association. She has been immersed and trained in the many styles & techniques of Traditional Japanese Calligraphy.
Since becoming a Master, it has been her passion to embody a culmination of those traditional styles into an original expression all her own.
Emiko's art comes alive with the ebb & flow of her brush strokes, and through the shapes they take which bring the Kanji ~ Japanese Characters to life and meaning.
